• Referral ("Bring a Friend") form: name and email of the person submitting the referral and the friend being referred.

We do not collect payment card details directly. Any payment processing is handled by third-party providers (e.g., Razorpay, Stripe) under their own privacy policies.

• Legitimate interests — to improve our services and communicate relevant program updates.
• Contract — when processing is necessary to fulfil your enrolment.

If you are located in India, we process your personal data under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act). Processing is based on your consent, which you provide by voluntarily submitting our forms. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us, though this will not affect processing already carried out.

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with:

• Topmate.io — when you complete enrolment, your name and email are shared with Topmate.io to facilitate session scheduling and live class access. Topmate.io's own privacy policy governs their use of this data.
• Google Workspace (Google Sheets) — form submissions are stored in Google Sheets for internal operational tracking. Google's privacy policy applies.
• Email service providers (e.g., Resend) to send transactional and program emails.
• Analytics providers to understand site usage.
• WhatsApp — if you join our community group, your name and phone number are visible to group members. WhatsApp's own privacy policy applies.
• Legal authorities if required by applicable law.

We implement reasonable technical and organisational safeguards to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure. In the event of a personal data breach that is likely to affect your rights, we will notify you and, once operationalized, the Data Protection Board of India, as required by the DPDP Act 2023.

We retain contact form data for up to 2 years after your last interaction with us, unless you request deletion earlier. Cohort participant data is retained for the duration of the program and 1 year after.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction or deletion of your data.
• Withdraw consent at any time.
• Right to nominate — under the DPDP Act 2023, you may nominate another person to exercise your data rights on your behalf in the event of your death or incapacity.
