• Topmate.io — when you complete enrolment, your name and email are shared with Topmate.io to facilitate session scheduling and live class access. Topmate.io's own privacy policy governs their use of this data.
• Google Workspace (Google Sheets) — form submissions are stored in Google Sheets for internal operational tracking. Google's privacy policy applies.
• Email service providers (e.g., Resend) to send transactional and program emails.
• Analytics providers to understand site usage.
• WhatsApp — if you join our community group, your name and phone number are visible to group members. WhatsApp's own privacy policy applies.
• Legal authorities if required by applicable law.

We implement reasonable technical and organisational safeguards to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure. In the event of a personal data breach that is likely to affect your rights, we will notify you and, once operationalized, the Data Protection Board of India, as required by the DPDP Act 2023.

We retain contact form data for up to 2 years after your last interaction with us, unless you request deletion earlier. Cohort participant data is retained for the duration of the program and 1 year after.
