Terms of Service

By accessing joinloop.co.in or enrolling in any Joinloop program, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Joinloop provides live AI engineering cohort programs delivered online. Our programs are designed for working professionals and students with programming experience. Contact: contactjoinloop@gmail.com.

• You must be at least 18 years old to enrol.
• You must have a basic understanding of Python programming.
• You are responsible for ensuring you have a stable internet connection and a suitable device to attend live sessions.

• Enrolment is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.
• Prices are listed in INR (for India) and USD (for international participants) and are inclusive of applicable taxes where stated.
• Seats are limited. A completed payment secures your seat for the specified cohort.
• Joinloop reserves the right to decline enrolment at its discretion.

• A full refund is available within 72 hours of the cohort start date if you feel the program is not the right fit after the first session.
• No refunds are issued after the 72-hour window has passed.
• In the event Joinloop cancels a cohort, a full refund will be issued within 7 business days.
• Refund requests must be submitted via email to contactjoinloop@gmail.com.

• Live sessions are conducted online via video conferencing. Session timings are communicated at the time of enrolment.
• Sessions are recorded and made available to enrolled participants for 6 months after the cohort ends.
• Joinloop reserves the right to modify session schedules, topics, or instructors with reasonable notice.
• Guest speakers and external instructors may be substituted without prior notice.

• All course materials, recordings, slides, and content provided by Joinloop are the intellectual property of Joinloop and its instructors.
• You may use materials for personal learning only. You may not distribute, resell, or republish any course content without written permission.
• Code you write during the program remains your own intellectual property.

All participants are expected to:

• Treat instructors, peers, and community members with respect.
• Not share recordings or materials outside the cohort.
• Not engage in harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behaviour.

Joinloop reserves the right to remove participants who violate the code of conduct without refund.

Joinloop's programs are educational in nature. We do not guarantee specific career outcomes, job placement, or salary increases. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Joinloop's total liability for any claim arising from use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the program.

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify enrolled participants of material changes via email.
